• Payment information: When billing is enabled, payments are processed by a third-party provider. We do not store full credit card numbers.

5. Facebook and Instagram Integration

MyMarketingCompany.ai integrates with the Meta Platform (Facebook and Instagram) to allow users to publish marketing content directly to their business accounts. Specifically:

• What we access: When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we request permission to view your Pages, publish posts on your behalf, and read basic engagement data to confirm successful publishing.
• How it works: All publishing is explicitly initiated by you. Content is reviewed and approved by you before any post is sent to Facebook or Instagram. We do not post automatically or without your direct action.
• What we store: We store the access token Meta provides after you authorize the connection. This token is used solely to publish content you have approved. We do not store your Facebook or Instagram password.
• Revoking access: You can disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account at any time from the Connections page within MyMarketingCompany.ai. You can also revoke access directly from your Facebook Settings under "Apps and Websites."
• Meta's policies: Your use of Facebook and Instagram through our platform is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with Meta beyond what is required to publish content on your behalf.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With the third-party services listed above, as required to operate the platform
• If required by law, court order, or government authority
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of MyMarketingCompany.ai, our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case you will be notified

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Content and site data is retained to provide the service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
